• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,University of Dhaka,North South University students will get preference

• Professional Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Merchandising from BGMEA or any other recognized institution.

• 1 to 5 years

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Candidates with professional experience in merchandising materials management, inventory control, and factory operations will be preferred.

• Oversee and manage all merchandising materials and inventory operations within the factory.

• Ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of merchandising materials.

• Coordinate with the Merchandising, Procurement, Production, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth material flow.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare material requirement reports.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliation.

• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.

• Supervise warehouse/store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Implement and maintain material handling, safety, and storage standards.

• Prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports for management.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
