Job Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, water, and finished products.
Perform tests such as Total Plate Count (TPC), Coliform, E. coli, Yeast & Mold, and other microbiological analyses.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
Monitor laboratory equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
Coordinate with the QA/QC team to ensure product quality and safety.
