Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed consumer goods manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead its consumer sales operations. The role requires strong expertise in FMCG staple food categories such as similar products.
Develop and execute consumer sales strategies to achive revenue and market-share targets,
Expand market presence across ice cream,similar FMCG staples,
Manage distributor networks ,key accounts, and customer relationships.
Lead ,motivate, and monitor the consumer sales team and field force.
Conduct market visits ,identify gaps ,and resolve market & customer issues.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets ,and performance reports for management.
Track competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
