• Technical proficiency in the respective areas of ice-Cream company .

PURE UNIVERSAL LIMITED, is seeking a first-class expenence Production Officer for ice-Cream ,assemblies to provide leadership and management withal technology within the Factory. • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO and BSTI standards throughout production and packaging operations.

• Supervise raw material, in-process and finished product testing, ensuring conformity with quality specifications (fat%, acidity, total solids, protein, microbial limits, overrun etc.).

• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) in pasteurization, homogenization and freezing processes to maintain product safety and consistency.

• Conduct microbiological and physicochemical analyses of ice cream mix, ingredients and final products.

• Conduct on-line quality analysis and maintain detailed records of product parameters, including color, flavor, texture, temperature, sensory test, OR %, candy size, stick insertion, sauce %, nuts %, sealing quality, MRP verification, number of pieces per crate, product weight (individual and outer) and checking for overfilling or underfilling.

• Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective/ preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product trials, sensory evaluation and process optimization.

• Maintain calibration, verification and documentation of quality testing equipment and laboratory records.

• Conduct training programs on hygiene, GMP and food safety for production and QA/QC personnel.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports and improvement recommendations to management.
