Machine Operator – Food & Beverage Manufacturing (12 Positions)

Job Purpose

To operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery efficiently to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations, product quality, and production targets within the Food & Beverage manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor production, filling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and related manufacturing equipment.

2. Ensure smooth operation of machinery throughout the production process.

• Perform machine setup, adjustment, and changeover activities as required.

• Conduct routine inspections and identify operational abnormalities or equipment issues.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.

• Maintain accurate production records and machine operation reports.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

• Minimize machine downtime and maximize production efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of machines and production areas.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company production guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Machine Operator in Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Mineral Water Plants, Beverage Bottling Plants, FMCG Manufacturing, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of production machinery, bottling lines, filling machines, packaging equipment, and industrial production processes.

• Ability to identify machine faults and perform basic troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and machine safety procedures.

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
