1. Factory Production Manager / Executive (06 Positions)

Job Purpose
To lead and oversee production operations for the company's Food & Beverage manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient, safe, and uninterrupted production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
Ensure smooth operation of production lines and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Support the installation, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment and machinery.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), food safety requirements, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and maintain production reports, operational records, and performance analysis for management review.
Assist in workforce supervision, performance monitoring, and training of production personnel.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in factory production, manufacturing operations, or process management.
Experience in Food & Beverage, Mineral Water, Bottling, FMCG, or related manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.
Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational management.
Knowledge of production equipment commissioning, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting procedures.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety practices, and industrial safety standards will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production reporting systems.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and achieve production targets within deadlines.
