Minimum 15 years hands on experience in production of “Flexible Packaging” with at least 03 experience in similar position.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “AGM/DGM, Production (Flexible Packaging)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Develop and implement production strategies and schedules that align with broader business objectives.
Identify production bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee resource allocation, and find-out cost-effective methods without compromising quality.
Establish and monitor quality control programs to meet required standards and customer expectations.
Ensure full compliance which includes health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime
Liaise with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability and timely distribution.
