Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities (Head of Maintenance):

·        Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy (preventive, predictive, corrective) for all plant machinery, equipment, and facilities.

·        Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of breakdowns and minimizing downtime.

·        Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

·        Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and ensure optimal inventory of spare parts.

·        Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery.

·        Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

·        Implement and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

·        Develop and report on maintenance KPIs.

Job Responsibilities (Head of Operation/Production):

·        Oversee the entire production process to ensure targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and timeline.

·        Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

·        Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence.

·        Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.

·        Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to optimize processes and reduce waste.

·        Prepare and manage production budgets, monitor operational costs, and improve profitability.

·        Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality assurance departments for smooth operations.

·        Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety and discipline.
