Responsibilities & Context:
1-Assist in daily production planning, shift handover procedures, and target vs. actual reporting
2-Assist in monitoring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime tracking, and yield improvement
3-Support production teams to meet daily output targets while maintaining quality standards
4-Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
5-Understand utility operations (boiler, chiller, compressor, ETP, WTP) and common troubleshooting
6-Support quality assurance activities including inspection, testing, and documentation
7-Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
8-Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
9-Prepare daily production reports, shift logs, and minutes of meeting (MOM)
10-Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, HR)
