Salary: Tk. 200000 - 250000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 60 years

Human Resources:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for mid to senior-level positions.

• Oversee a performance management system that drives high performance.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (Labor Law of BD).

• Lead the training and development roadmap for succession planning.

• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and ensure internal equity.

Administration:

• Supervise all general administration functions including Security, Transport, Canteen, Guest House, and Office Maintenance.

• Ensure proper management of company assets, store keeping, and procurement of non-production items.

• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (Labour Office, Police, BEPZA, RAB, Local Administration) for licenses, renewals, and legal compliance.

• Prepare and manage the annual HR & Admin budget.
