Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control.

  • Maintaining bank wise Loan outstanding and repayment schedule.

  • Preparation of LC Margin schedule.

  • Cross Border inward remittance management.

  • Monitoring of daily loan repayment.

  • Monitoring of fund transfer including internal transfer from all depot bank.

  • Assist in preparing LC allocation vs. utilization report – ACI Group.

  • Update Loan schedule in Treasury Information System (TIS).

  • Assist in implementation and upgrading of Treasury Information System (TIS).

  • Provide daily bank statements to respective depots and business accountants.

  • Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.

  • Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the management.

  • Preparation of Monthly Depot Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the management.

  • Ensuring Call Back Confirmation from Banks for ensuring daily transactions.

  • Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost, bank charges, remittance, provision, adjustment, rectification, reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.

  • Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short term loan and term loan etc.

  • Planning and implementation of routine depot visit to ensure sound cash management practice.

  • Any necessary documentation and filing of important treasury documents.

  • Participation in training conducted by Finance department as well as learning and gathering of knowledge related with concerned job area.

  • Maintaining online banking and providing statement to employees as needed.
