• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• Age 26 to 30 years

• Partly-qualified CA (CC) candidates will be given preference.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) and BI tools will be an added advantage.

• Provide financial support for pricing decisions, sales schemes, tenders, and major customer contracts through detailed analysis and recommendations.

• Monitor, control, and validate discounts, rebates, commissions, and promotional expenditures to ensure policy compliance.

• Coordinate closely with Credit Control and Accounts Receivable teams to manage DSO, monitor overdue accounts, and mitigate credit risks.

• Prepare and present monthly Commercial Finance MIS, including margin bridges against budget, forecast, and prior periods.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks, and support internal and external audit activities.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive basic automation initiatives in pricing, discount, and approval workflows.

• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance reviews as required.

• Analyze Net Sales Revenue (NSR), gross margin, and contribution margin by product, channel, region, and customer.
