Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and executing daily distribution and dispatch schedules.
Prepare a scheduling issue for the inward and outward gate pass for the delivery of any products.
Prepare analysis reports to minimize the cost of distribution.
Prepare a delivered & undelivered report.
Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of rice products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and dispatch records.
Assist in supervising loading and unloading processes to ensure proper handling of goods.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to delivery or distribution.
Assist in preparing distribution reports, logs, and documentation.
