• Experience working in ink production plants or packaging converters.

• Familiarity with lab testing instruments and QC procedures

• Exposure to customer trials and press troubleshootingStrong knowledge of ink formulation, quality control, and press-side application.

• Practical understanding of flexible packaging substrates and printing processes.

• Ability to provide on-site technical support when required.

• Good communication skills to handle customer-facing technical discussions.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed

1. Ensure day-to-day quality control of Flexo and Gravure inks during production.

2. Monitor raw materials, in-process parameters, and finished goods to maintain consistency.

3. Develop, test, and improve ink formulations based on production and customer requirements.

4. Provide technical support to customers for smooth ink performance on press.

5. Troubleshoot printing issues at customer sites related to shade, adhesion, drying, viscosity, and printability.

6. Coordinate with Production and Sales teams to resolve quality or application-related concerns.

7. Prepare technical reports, test records, and standard documentation.

8. Support trials, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
