• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• To ensure execution of the construction work as per schedule.

• To Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.

• To prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.

• To ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.

• Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Project Manager to take corrective measures if necessary.

• Receiving and issuing all kinds of construction materials including cement, rod, bricks, sand, stone, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, thai etc. and maintaining store records of receipt and issue of construction materials.

• Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.

• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re-order level to order from supplies.

• Shall be fully conversant with store management procedures including handling of preparation of excess- shortage-damage reports, material return, material reconciliation etc.

• Any other responsibility or task given by the management.
