Job Purpose:

• To ensure consistent product quality and continuous product improvement through effective Quality Control systems and innovative Research & Development activities in line with regulatory standards and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control

• Develop, implement, and monitor QC systems, SOPs, and quality standards for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

• Supervise quality inspection, testing, and documentation at all production stages.

• Approve or reject raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products based on quality parameters.

• Research & Development (R&D):

• Evaluate cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality and safety.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and marketing teams during product launches.

• Team Management & Training:

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate QC and R&D team members.

• Conduct regular training on food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and best practices.
