Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning and organizing daily production activities.
Set up production lines/machine based on manpower planning and availability of materials.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Quality check of production as per Shop drawing with guidance AWS.
Check all the machines when production running and finding problem in process and instruction the team to do it perfectly.
Ensure safety in all areas of operations.
Prepare different types of report such as production report, machine downtime, utilization repot, material consumption report and submit it to supervisor.
