Market Expansion & Customer Coverage
Lead market penetration and expansion initiatives across existing and new beverage categories, sales channels, and geographic markets.
Develop and implement customer acquisition and coverage strategies across modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, institutional, and export channels.
Strengthen and govern distributor, bottler, and key account relationships to enhance market reach and execution effectiveness.
Product & Portfolio Strategy
Drive beverage portfolio segmentation across mass, premium, functional, and specialty categories based on consumer demand and market dynamics.
Oversee product customization, formulation enhancement, and packaging innovation aligned with regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and evolving consumer trends.
Promote continuous innovation to maintain competitive differentiation and long-term portfolio relevance.
Customer Relationship & Loyalty Management
Establish and optimize structured CRM frameworks for key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
Ensure long-term customer loyalty through service excellence, joint business planning, and value-added engagement initiatives.
Personally manage relationships with strategic customers and key business partners.
Brand Image & Market Presence
Strengthen and enhance corporate and product brand image through brand engagement initiatives, trade marketing programs, and community involvement.
Represent the organization in key customer visits, industry forums, trade events, and stakeholder engagements.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging.
Revenue, Profitability & Business Growth
Ensure achievement of both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability across business units.
Identify and execute opportunities to increase value, volume, margins, and revenue through pricing strategies, mix optimization, cost efficiencies, and channel expansion.
Drive business growth through organic initiatives as well as inorganic opportunities such as partnerships and strategic alliances.
Operational Excellence & Plant Utilization
Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure optimum utilization of plants through effective deployment of workforce, machinery, and raw materials.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Lead productivity improvement, lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Financial Planning & Governance
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
Ensure operational efficiency and financial discipline while delivering business objectives within approved budgets.
Establish performance management systems, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
Transformation & Change Management
Lead organization-wide transformation initiatives including process optimization, digitalization, and structural improvements.
