Lead, mentor, and continuously upgrade sales and marketing team through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and capability-building programs to consistently exceed revenue and market share targets.
Build a performance-led culture by providing clear strategic guidance, standardized go-to-market processes, and best-practice frameworks to improve lead conversion, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition, and retention.
Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities, emerging customer segments, and untapped geographies using structured market intelligence, customer insights, and data analytics.
Own brand strategy, demand generation, and channel marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, improve lead quality, and support sales effectiveness across all routes to market.
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and agencies to maximize long-term value, loyalty, and market penetration.
Conduct advanced market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies, product positioning, portfolio optimization, route-to-market models, and integrated go-to-market execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to align demand forecasting, campaign planning, inventory readiness, and product launches.
Lead commercial negotiations including contracts, pricing architecture, trade terms, promotional investments, and marketing ROI to ensure sustainable profitability and competitiveness.
Establish robust sales and marketing reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights through dashboards, performance reviews, funnel analytics, forecasting accuracy, and return-on-investment measurement.
Champion digital transformation by implementing CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making tools to enhance productivity, visibility, and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand governance standards, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations across all sales and marketing operations.
