Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote RM Steel and Construction products/services.
Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and build strong customer relationships.
Provide accurate information to customers about product features, pricing, and offers.
Maintain daily call logs and report to the sales supervisor/manager.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Assist the sales team with customer queries and appointment scheduling.
