Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote steel structure products and services.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Provide product information, answer basic queries, and guide customers toward appropriate solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and ensure continuous engagement.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain professional communication and uphold company branding in all interactions.
