Responsibilities & Context:

Context:

Responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing accounts to drive business growth. The role includes identifying opportunities, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely service delivery. Also maintains reports, analyzes market trends, and coordinates with internal teams for smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients to expand the company’s customer base.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to generate new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.

  • Manage and grow existing corporate accounts through regular communication and relationship-building.

  • Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of products/services.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports.

  • Prepare customized corporate proposals, pricing quotations, and service agreements.

  • Present solutions to clients in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.

  • Gather and analyze market information, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of corporate sales activities.

  • Maintain proper documentation of sales leads, client interactions, and agreements.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.
