Manshir is a growing proptech platform evolving into a marketplace + in-house commercial real estate advisory. We work with corporate clients, landlords, building administrators, and agents to deliver structured leasing solutions for offices, showrooms, and warehouses.

We are looking for a hands-on commercial real estate professional who can independently run requirements end-to-end and close deals. This role requires proven experience in taking commercial requirements from inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners, procurement teams, admins, and corporate decision-makers to understand needs and drive decisions.

• Match client requirements with available inventory and creatively bridge gaps where exact matches don’t exist.

• Coordinate and conduct site visits; actively follow up to move deals forward.

• Handle objections related to price, layout, location, handover condition, and timelines.

• Push for closure while maintaining professionalism and long-term relationships.
