  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile retail or fintech services.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with retail partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point is must) & email communication.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Must have the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Having a bike is preferable to facilitate frequent travel.

With a wide network of retail partners, we are making technology ownership easier, more inclusive, and financially accessible. From students to small business owners, our mission is to empower lives through simplified digital access. SAHAJMOBILE is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager / Territory Sales Manager (AM/TSM) to join our growing sales team. The person will regularly visit mobile shops, build strong relationships with shop sales teams, and train them on SAHAJMOBILE’s products, services, and ongoing initiatives. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in the field, interacting with people, and driving results

Responsibilities

  • Visit mobile shops regularly to maintain and strengthen relationships with shop sales teams.
  • Train shop salespersons on SAHAJMOBILE’s services, and activities.
  • Share updates on sales strategies with shops.
  • Follow up on sales performance and provide support to achieve targets.
  • Conduct recovery analysis and report findings to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand SAHAJMOBILE’s network of retail partners.
