BRB Cable Industries Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified leading manufacturer of All Kinds of Wires and Cables, Conductor, Telecommunication cable, Enameled Wires, Ceiling Fan, MCB, LED Bulbs, uPVC & CPVC Pipe & Fittings in Bangladesh established in 1978. The company currently looking for dynamic, hard-working, intelligent, smart, good looking and self-driven candidates for Marketing department. Required qualifica-tion, experience and salary packages are described below:

As a Zonal Head, Candidates will be accountable for overseeing the sales and operational activities across his assigned geographical zone and will develop and implement strategies to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and build strong client relationships. He will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. The detail Job responsibilities are given below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To lead, monitor and manage the assigned zone along with its District/Divisional sales centers as zone head with a focus on achieving sales growth and strengthening organizational development.

  • To comply with the company policies, business strategies to increase the sales through field forces, sale centers, traders, corporate/customers etc.

  • To formulate product wise marketing and promotional plan in order to increase demand and sales volume.

  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly &yearly marketing and sales plan, budget and forecast.

  • To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their daily activities.

  • To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities.

  • To keep close contact and relationship with the field forces, traders, electricians encourage/train them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedica tion, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration. without delay.

  • To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work related problems as soon as possible.

  • To visit the market and sales centers physically in regular basis and find out Market opportunities, gaps, development fields etc. and take action with the concern of higher management.

  • To closely observe competitors activities, products and policies and take necessary measures in consultation with Head of Traders.

  • To give daily report to Head of Traders as per zone regarding all key activities.

  • To intense involvement with the sales center activities like compliance, billing, collection, credit, accounts etc.

  • To coordinate with Operation, Production, Distribution & Sales force for smooth customer support.

  • To review customer queries & complaints and solve with the help of concern department.

  • Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Job Nature: Full Time (Six working days in a week in which One day Office/administrative work & Five days market visit). On the basis of emergency, job may be assigned in off days.
