Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase mobile phone sales and brand presence.

  2. Implement ATL and BTL marketing activities such as roadshows, retail branding, leaflets, demos, and booths.

  3. Manage POSM deployment (banners, posters, standees, wobblers) and ensure proper execution at market level.

  4. Coordinate product launch events, press meets, and dealer conferences.

  5. Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

  6. Develop marketing content, boosted posts, and paid campaigns as per brand guidelines.

  7. Monitor campaign performance, prepare ROI reports, and submit regular marketing reports.

  8. Collect customer and market feedback to generate actionable market insights.

  9. Monitor competitor activities, offers, pricing, and campaigns, and share analysis with management.

  10. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.

  11. Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new mobile phone launches.

  12. Assist ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns for mobile phone products nationwide.

  13. Track industry trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

  14. Develop sales support tools such as brochures, demos, POP materials, and training decks.

  15. Support trade marketing initiatives and promotional programs to enhance dealer performance.

  16. Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
