Context:
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and career-oriented fresh graduates in Chemical Engineering & Polymer Science, Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), to join our factories as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This position offers hands-on training and real-time exposure to plant operations, production processes, and industrial systems within one of the country’s most reputed industrial conglomerates.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the complete manufacturing process and workflow through job rotation.
Assist in day-to-day plant operations, production monitoring, and process control.
Participate in lean manufacturing, quality control, and cost optimization projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics.
Analyze production data and generate performance reports.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives under supervision.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all operational activities.
Engage in special projects assigned by the line manager or department head.
