• Age 21 to 40 years

• Provide the project management team with guidance on health and safety compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans; act as the primary contact for incident notification, investigation, and case management.

• Maintain a written log of inspections, reports, and safety correspondence for accurate documentation and audit readiness.

• Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with approved manuals, contract documents, and EHS best practices.

• Develop and update EHS procedures for employees, contractors, and plant operations.

• Oversee and monitor safety measures implemented by contractors and subcontractors.

• Conduct and participate in safety inspections, team meetings, and on-site monitoring to ensure a strong safety presence.

• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly EHS reports; coordinate site-level reporting into a centralized system.

• Maintain a central database for incidents and accidents, track action items, and ensure proper closure to prevent recurrence.

• Deliver the Annual EHS Plan; monitor progress and conduct quarterly reviews with Project Director approval.

• Review and approve Permit to Work (PTW) requirements for safety-critical activities.

• Provide EHS induction and awareness training for new employees and visitors.

• Supervise and ensure compliance with safe work practices by employees and subcontractors.

• Support cross-disciplinary coordination to integrate EHS across all project functions.
  Perform any additional EHS-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
