Responsibilities & Context:
· Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for real estate properties.
· Manage and lead a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Maintain and build client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and upper management.
· Support marketing efforts through the collaboration on promotional campaigns and materials.
· Coordinate client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
