Responsibilities & Context:

Sales & Market Management

  • Supervise business operations across 40–50% of the national market area, ensuring effective coverage and sales performance.

  • Monitor and manage a minimum of 30 active dealers within the assigned territory.

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a sales team of 12–13 sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Ensure timely payment collection, credit control, and regular follow-up with dealers and clients.

  • Conduct competitive market analysis, monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.

  • Identify market potential and develop new business opportunities for tiles and ceramic products.

  • Participate in sales strategy development, pricing inputs, and policy formulation in coordination with senior management.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, payment status updates, and market feedback.

  • Develop and maintain sales databases, dealer information, and market intelligence records.

  • Support management in achieving the company’s overall business goals and long-term objectives.

Business Development & Channel Expansion

  • Create and develop new sales channels, dealer partnerships, and project-based clients.

  • Contribute directly to national sales growth, market share expansion, and revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

  • Supervise and coordinate sales activities with key government and institutional bodies, including:

a) PWD (Public Works Department)

b) EED (Education Engineering Department)

c) LGED (Local Government Engineering Department)

  • Other relevant government and semi-government entities

  • Support project approvals, tenders, product specifications, and follow-ups related to tiles and ceramic supplies.
