Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise overall business operations in the assigned zone or district, ensuring effective market coverage.
Lead, guide, and monitor a small sales team, ensuring productivity and discipline in field operations.
Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory and team.
Maintain close supervision of daily market activities, dealer visits, and sales execution.
Regularly monitor, support, and motivate dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
Develop and expand the dealer network, ensuring proper display, branding, and product availability.
Strengthen long-term relationships with key dealers, retailers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Identify potential dealers and new business partners to improve business coverage and market penetration.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and collection from dealers and the market as per the company's credit policy.
Monitor outstanding balances and support risk-free business growth in the territory.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, collection status, dealer performance updates, and market feedback.
Support the implementation of company's sales policies, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing plans.
Co-ordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Accounts, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
Contribute directly to overall area sales growth, brand visibility, and achievement of company objectives.
Uphold company values, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices in the market.
