Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Electrical
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical /Electronics Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check if preventive maintenance is doing as per schedule.
∎ Check Requisition to draw spare parts from the store for maintenance purpose.
∎ Identify problem of the machine and troubleshooting.
∎ Taking survey and prepare the list of necessary components and spare parts of the machine.
∎ Ensure all kinds of reports and documentation related maintenance.
∎ Recommended measures to improve conditions and operations of machines and equipment.
∎ Supervises production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
∎ Check safety and compliance issue.
∎ Any other task given by the superiors related with maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge about below machine's:
∎ Single Needle Lock Stich. (Both Juki & Brother Brand)
∎ Single Needle Edge Cutter. (Juki Brand)
∎ Double Needle Fixed Bar. (Juki Brand)
∎ Double Needle Split Bar. (Juki Brand)
∎ Overlock. (Juki Brand)
∎ Feed off Arm. (Juki Brand)
∎ Kansai. (Kansai Special)
∎ Flatlock. (Kansai Special)
∎ Bar tack etc. (Juki Brand)
∎ Single needle Machine
∎ Two needle Machine
∎ Overlock Machine
∎ Bertack machine
∎ Kansai machine
∎ Flat Lock Machine
∎ Chain Stitch machine
∎ Vertical machine
