Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in store of the distribution department in any reputed pharmaceuticals company.

• Experience in handling regulated, temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical product handling and documentation.

• Expertise in cold and cool chain management.

• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office package).

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of medicines from the store against the GDN of Invoices as per the preplanned market distribution schedule.
• Ensure accurate physical receipt of commercial and promotional materials from Central Warehouse and other depots as per SAP-generated Challans.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with no short or excess by strictly implementing FIFO/FEFO (batch-wise).
• Maintain and update batch-wise stock registers regularly in line with FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Monitor, prepare, and submit monthly reports on Short Shelf-Life Reports and Slow-Moving products of the depot to Management.
• Perform Physical Counting fortnightly using the prescribed forms to be recorded.
• Ensure on-time delivery of promotional materials to concerned Field colleagues as per approved allocations and invoices.
• Ensure full compliance with GDP guidelines for storage, handling, and movement of pharmaceutical products.
• Receive expired products, verify product and quantity accuracy, prepare Summaries in SAP, and coordinate dispatch to CDO.
• Submit all required reports on time while maintaining effective communication with related departments.
