Responsibilities & Context:
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, chemicals, lubricants, and spare parts. Prevent production interruptions by maintaining optimum inventory and conducting regular audits.
ERP & Software Management: Track all inventory movements, issuance, and receiving utilizing ERP systems, Tally, or MS Excel.
Documentation & Reporting: Verify Material Receive Reports (MRR), delivery challans, and gate passes. Submit accurate monthly inventory and consumption reports to the management and accounts departments.
Procurement & Commercial Coordination: Work alongside the commercial and transport departments to handle local and foreign materials, manage L/C (Letter of Credit) documentation, and facilitate export deliveries.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the daily tasks of store officers, helpers, and warehouse staff.
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of ring and rotor spinning spare parts, cotton, and yarn.
