We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and motivated Store Management Officer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for store-related management.

Job Summary: Responsible for inventory management, able to multitask including delivery, purchase, sales and order data keeping, regular reporting and performing under pressure.

Job responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor inventory

  • Keeping a record of purchases/delivery and doing tasks of entry as per standard

  • Remove all sorts of mismatches between financial values and physical existence

  • Keeping updates of the store materials and providing regular basis reports to the management (Especially the production team, Execution, finance and purchase)

  • Based on the work order prepare a fortnightly pre-requisition plan and share with the production and execution team

  • Organize and assemble the store very systematically with the job cards and BIN cards

  • Keeping an entry plan for day-to-day incoming and outgoing materials and having a very smooth discharge mechanism

  • Preserve all the Chalan and documents of incoming material and match them with the number, types, model number, and all other specifications.

  • Coordinate with the execution team regarding the priority list and give prior requisitions accordingly

  • Ensure the security of the storeroom and follow the standard policy of store management

  • Prepare chalan of all outgoing products and materials and preserve all the challans as per company policy

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting
