• Bachelor/Honors
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

• At least 4 years

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong skills in purchase orders, procurement, purchasing.

• Experience in contract negotiation.

• Excellent analytical knowledge.

• Prior knowledge of supply chain management principles.

• Good communication skill.

• Identifying suitable suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating favorable terms and prices for goods and services.

• Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, and ensuring adequate inventory to meet operational needs.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating price reductions, and ensuring purchases are within budget.

• Ensuring all purchasing activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.

• Preparing reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels.

• Addressing any issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or vendor performance.
