Strong skills in purchase orders, procurement, purchasing.
Experience in contract negotiation.
Excellent analytical knowledge.
Prior knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Good communication skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying suitable suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating favorable terms and prices for goods and services.
Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse staff, and ensuring adequate inventory to meet operational needs.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating price reductions, and ensuring purchases are within budget.
Ensuring all purchasing activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
Preparing reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels.
Addressing any issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or vendor performance.
