Responsibilities & Context:
Manages and monitors Telecom systems alongside IT infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and guidelines.
Provides expert technical support for:
a. Hybrid and IP-based Telecom systems.
b. IT network systems and infrastructure.
Maintains detailed documentation for Telecom system setups, and IT network assets.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to test, evaluate, and deploy optimized PABX and IT system designs.
Liaises effectively with Telecom and IT support teams to ensure seamless setup and integration.
Installs and configures telecom systems with smooth end-user activation.
Manages warranty services and delivers ongoing support for both Telecom and IT systems.
Troubleshoots and resolves Telecom and IT network issues with efficiency and precision.
