Minimum 02 years of proven experience in local purchase preferably in Plastic/Polymer manufacturing Industry.
Negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-country sourcing and deliver results under tight timelines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Primitek Group is a renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh. For the business expansion, we are inviting business-oriented employees who have must experience in local Purchase & Procurement related work for Chattogram (Mirsharai) factory.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Discussing about the requisition with concern department.
Cross check the stock before purchasing the goods. Deduct the Stock if any stock.
Cross check the technical specification with concern department & supplier if it fulfilling the requirement as per requisition.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Negotiate the Price, Quality, service and other terms (If any) with supplier(s) for required items
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Develop plans for purchasing services and supplies, cost-reduction strategies, purchasing fruitful sourcing strategies.
Monitor supplier performance etc.
Any others job assign by the Supervisor.
