Additional Requirements:
Must have work experience in a related Store/Inventory/Store Office role.
EPZ experience is Priority.
Good knowledge of documentation, MS Office, and store management
Store Software knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work responsibly and maintain accuracy
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain and manage all store inventories in an organized manner
- Receive, check, record, and issue materials as per company requirements
- Maintain stock registers, GRN, delivery notes, and relevant documentation
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth operations
- Ensure accurate data entry and stock updates in the system/software
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with EPZ rules and regulations related to store operations
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and standard procedures in the store area
- Support audits and prepare related reports when required
