Education:
Preferred: Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
Candidates with strong knowledge of inventory valuation methods (FIFO/LIFO) and stock accounting will be given priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Feeds Limited is seeking a Store Manager to oversee and streamline all central store operations. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring proper inventory control, timely availability of materials, accurate documentation, and compliance with company standards to support smooth organizational operations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and supervise all central and factory store operations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, issuing, and storing materials.
Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock checks, reconciliation, and reporting.
Maintain updated records in ERP/software and generate periodic inventory reports.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance for material forecasting and stock replenishment.
Monitor safety, security, and housekeeping of store premises.
Ensure proper storage conditions and FEFO/FIFO practices for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.
Lead periodic internal and external audits and ensure full compliance.
Analyze slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend action plans.
Supervise and develop store personnel through training, performance monitoring, and task allocation.
Ensure timely dispatch and documentation for inter-factory and depot transfers.
