Quality Integrated Agro Limited, a concern of Quality Feeds Limited, is seeking dynamic and result oriented professionals for the position of Jr Officer/Officer – Marketing (Franchise & HORECA). The role involves developing and managing franchise partners and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe) clients, expanding market presence, increasing sales volume, and maintaining strong customer relationships across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new franchise partners in assigned locations

• Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to ensure sales growth and brand compliance

• Monitor franchise performance and provide necessary marketing and operational support

• Ensure proper product display, branding, and promotional execution at franchise outlets

• Achieve sales targets by promoting company products to HORECA clients

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor’s activities

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company policy

• Implement approved sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration

• Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports
