Responsibilities & Context:
Beauty Booth is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our team for the Makeup & Skincare Category.
Job Role:
The Supply Chain Executive (Makeup Category) will be responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination for all makeup products within the E-Commerce & Store division. This role ensures smooth supply operations, timely stock availability, and strong collaboration with internal teams to support business growth. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation, follow up diligently with suppliers, and resolve supply-related issues efficiently while upholding product quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sourcing, stock planning, and procurement for makeup products
Communicate with suppliers, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages
Conduct product quality checks and maintain category-related documentation
Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth operations
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supply chain documentation
Handle returns, replacements, and supply-related issues efficiently
Support any additional tasks assigned by the management
