• Diploma

• Graduation from any reputed institution. PGD/Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.

• Hands-on, proactive, and result-driven approach.

Responsibilities & Context:

If you excel in managing people, processes, and fast-moving environments, this role is for you. As our Warehouse In-Charge, you’ll oversee all key warehouse operations- from inbound checks to delivery dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow. 
• Record and monitor inbound & outbound product data.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Collect and report delivery data with complete accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain strong coordination with the sourcing & procurement teams.
• Plan delivery routes and lead the delivery team effectively.
• Maintain attendance and discipline records for warehouse personnel.
• Manage inventory, logistics support, and ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and senior management.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Working Hour: Night Shift (11.30pm - 8.30AM)

Work Location: Fashol Warehouse, Mail Processing Center, Tejgoan, Dhaka.
