Responsibilities & Context:
If you excel in managing people, processes, and fast-moving environments, this role is for you. As our Warehouse In-Charge, you’ll oversee all key warehouse operations- from inbound checks to delivery dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow.
- Record and monitor inbound & outbound product data.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Collect and report delivery data with complete accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain strong coordination with the sourcing & procurement teams.
- Plan delivery routes and lead the delivery team effectively.
- Maintain attendance and discipline records for warehouse personnel.
- Manage inventory, logistics support, and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and senior management.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Working Hour: Night Shift (11.30pm - 8.30AM)
Work Location: Fashol Warehouse, Mail Processing Center, Tejgoan, Dhaka.
