Additional Requirements:

- Proven experience in international agricultural commodity procurement.
- Strong understanding of import & export regulations and related documentation.
- Prior experience in commodity categories like pulses, spices, and grains will be preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage procurement of international agricultural and commodity items ensuring quality, timely availability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee import & export operations including compliance, documentation, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong supplier and importer networks both locally and internationally.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts for commodities such as grains, pulses, and spices.
- Conduct market research and price analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and market trends.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with international exporters and local distributors.
- Support management in developing procurement strategies, tracking supplier performance, and preparing reports.
