Responsibilities & Context:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining accurate pricing data, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain product pricing in the system while ensuring accurate order and pricing entry.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Monitor order processing activities to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate reports on order management and pricing updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, order management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Duty Hours: 8 hours per day.
Location: Fashol Head Office, Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
