• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Graduation from any discipline.

• PGD or MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Business Administration will be an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

• Requires 6–7 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement with potential to handle Direct Procurement later.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sourcing, negotiation & supplier management skills.

• Solid analytics and proficiency in Ariba/e-Sourcing & MS/Google tools.

• Effective stakeholder & vendor relationship management.

• Experience in process improvement and procurement compliance.

• Strong leadership, project management & cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to monitor supplier performance and manage category documentation.

Strategic Outlook of the Role

• Develop and lead strategic sourcing for Supply Services (Facility, MRO, Capital, Logistics, Marketing, Professional Services)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy development and long-range procurement planning.

• Deliver savings, efficiency, and sourcing simplification targets.

• Drive strategic sourcing projects and contract negotiations.

• Manage Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and vendor performance.

• Conduct spends analysis and category deep dives for decision-making.

• Ensure strong alignment with global procurement network and key stakeholders.

• Lead digital procurement processes (Ariba, e-Sourcing, compliance).

• Support procurement transformation and innovation initiatives.

• Oversee procurement governance, policy compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Prepare cost comparisons and ensure best-value sourcing using local/global vendors.
