- Strong cost accounting background with excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles, VAT & Tax rules
- Computer literate—strong Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook and Word
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Knowledge in inventory/cost accounting, operations accounting, payroll accounting, and investment financing
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of Chinese
- Very good command of Malay
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, monitor, and guide the commercial workforce to achieve company objectives and goals
- Undertake strategic reviews of the Logistics function and recommend improvements
- Lead the entire Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management teams and oversee warehouse operations
- Design and develop strategic business plans focusing on efficiency and responsiveness
- Manage operations and production planning
- Maintain full-time communication and correspondence with the Head Office
