Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Nutrition

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

Strong knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage

Excellent presentation skill

Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

Design, develop, and update engaging training curricula, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules

Job Responsibility:

·Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.

· Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs.

· Create engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations.

· Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions

· Assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.

·Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to stay updated.

· Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.

· Design, develop, and deliver curricula and documentation to support knowledge sharing programs

· Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning

· Provide ongoing support and answer product-related queries.

·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.

· Collect and analyze feedback to enhance training programs.

· Ensure training aligns with company goals and standards.

· Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
