• Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates

Provide immediate, professional first aid to employees as required

Maintain and update the Accident Register for any on-site injuries

Take decisive action in emergency situations, including coordinating hospital admissions and supervising patient care at the hospital if necessary

Monitor pregnant employees by measuring blood pressure, weight, pulse, temperature, and calculating the Expected Date of Delivery (EDD)

Provide necessary health advice for pregnancy-related or general health issues and maintain detailed records

Supervise the Medical Officer's Room and the Childcare Center to ensure they strictly follow compliance guidelines and maintain a highly hygienic environment

Perform routine audits of all factory First Aid Boxes against the standard checklist to identify/replace expired items or refill short supplies

Assist the Doctor/ Medical Officer and Record and maintain daily treatment logs documenting employee sickness, consultations, and treatment outcomes

Promote health awareness and safety practices among factory employees

Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
