  • B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechatronics or a relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university

  • Must have sound knowledge of automation, PLC, industrial control system engineering related maintenance of pharmaceutical process machinery·

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical, engineering, and business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.

  • Familiarity with SAP/maintenance systems, engineering documentation, CAPEX activities, and team supervision.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure prompt response and effective resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize operational disruption and process downtime.

  • Supervise preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance activities for pharmaceutical process machinery.

  • Monitor process systems and engineering support activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of PM, BM, PDM, work orders, and other maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment servicing, technical support, and spare/material requirements.

  • Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for engineering associates.

  • Ensure high equipment reliability by minimizing machinery breakdowns, downtime, and recurring failures.

  • Identify, develop, and implement engineering improvement initiatives, including CAPEX and process/equipment improvement projects.

  • Preform other engineering and maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
